My Playful Kitten, Mittens

Last year, my family adopted a kitten. We named her Mittens because of her fluffy white paws. She was tiny, only a few weeks old, and incredibly playful. At first, she was quite shy. She would hide under the sofa, peeking out at us with wide, curious eyes. Gradually, she started to become more comfortable, venturing out to explore her new surroundings. Now, Mittens is a mischievous ball of fluff. She loves chasing after toy mice, batting at hanging strings, and climbing up curtains. She's a constant source of amusement, and we often find ourselves laughing at her antics. Sometimes, her playful nature leads to a bit of chaos. For example, she'll sometimes knock things off shelves, or unravel balls of yarn. But even then, it's hard to stay mad at her adorable face and playful spirit.
