Spring Surprise

The first day of spring arrived with a gentle breeze. Birds chirped happily in the trees, a cheerful sound after a long winter. Little Lily loved spring; she loved the bright colors and the smell of fresh flowers. Lily went for a walk in the park. She saw colorful tulips and daffodils blooming everywhere. Suddenly, she spotted something unusual hidden under a big oak tree. It was a small, fluffy chick, all alone and looking lost. Lily gently picked up the chick and took it home. She gave it some warm milk and a soft blanket. Her mom helped her build a cozy nest. The little chick soon became a happy member of the family, bringing joy and warmth to their spring.
