My Culinary Adventure: A Cooking Class Experience

I've always admired skilled cooks, their effortless grace in the kitchen. So, when I saw an advertisement for a pasta-making class, I impulsively signed up. The anticipation was palpable; I envisioned myself confidently crafting perfect tagliatelle, a far cry from my usual culinary disasters. The class was held in a charming, rustic kitchen, filled with the aroma of garlic and herbs. Our instructor, Chef Marco, was incredibly enthusiastic and patient, guiding us through each step with meticulous detail. We started with kneading the dough, a surprisingly strenuous task that left my arms aching but strangely satisfied. The most challenging part was shaping the pasta.
